What is a display name in Client Portal?
Your display name is the name that appears on your account on Create Music Group applications like Client Portal, and the name we use when sending notifications and emails.
Note: You can change your display name once every 30 days.
How to change your display name
Your email address must be verified before you can change your display name. You can check how to do that here.
Sign in to Client Portal and go to My Account interface my going to Settings > Manage My Account or clicking on this link.
Click on Manage My Information.
In the box labeled Full name, click on Edit Name and follow the steps.
If you don't see the Edit Name link, that means one of two things:
You changed your name in the last 30 days.
Your email is not verified. Follow the steps here to verify it.
