If you can access the current email on your account
Please follow the following steps:
Sign in to your Client Portal account and then go to the My Account interface.
Click on Manage My Account Security. You will be presented with something similar to the screenshot below
Click on "Change My Email" and follow the steps to enter your new email.
You will receive a confirmation email to verify the new entry.
Once you verify your new email, you will see the status updated in the same interface.
