How to change the email on your Client Portal and Create Music Group account

If you cannot access the current email on your account

Please reach out by sending an email to support@createmusicgroup.com or starting a live chat by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right of your screen.

If you can access the current email on your account

Please follow the following steps:

  • Sign in to your Client Portal account and then go to the My Account interface.

  • Click on Manage My Account Security. You will be presented with something similar to the screenshot below

  • Click on "Change My Email" and follow the steps to enter your new email.

  • You will receive a confirmation email to verify the new entry.

  • Once you verify your new email, you will see the status updated in the same interface.
