Why is the native application being discontinued?

We have made the decision to discontinue support for our native application in order to focus our efforts on enhancing and improving our web application. This will allow us to provide a more robust and seamless experience for all users.

When will support for the native application end?

Support for the native application will officially end on April 30, 2024. After this date, the application will no longer receive updates or support from our team. While the native application may continue to function for a period of time after support ends, it may eventually be removed from app stores or cease to function entirely as technology evolves and changes.

What should I do if I currently use the native application?

We recommend transitioning to our web application as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. Simply login to portal.create.tv from your browser. You can even add the web application to your homescreen for easy access on the go.

Here’s how:

For iOS Users:

  • Log in to Client Portal at portal.create.tv in Safari.

  • Tap the Share button (located in the toolbar at the bottom of the browser).

  • Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen."

For Android Users:

  • Log in to Client Portal at portal.create.tv using Chrome.

  • Tap Options in your browser, then select "Install App" to add it to your home screen.

Will I lose access to my account or data when the native application is discontinued?

No, you will not lose access to your account or data. Your account information and data will remain intact and accessible through the web application.

Can I continue using the native application after support ends?

While the native application may still be functional for a period of time after support ends, we strongly recommend transitioning to the web application to ensure you have access to the latest features and updates.

Who can I contact if I have further questions or need assistance with the transition?

If you have any further questions or need assistance with the transition to the web application, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via chat. We are here to help.

In summary, discontinuing support for the native application means that we are shifting our focus and resources to our web application, which will receive ongoing updates, support, and enhancements to provide users with the best possible experience. We encourage users to transition to the web application to ensure continued access to our services and features.
