The catalog page is where you can view metadata and the distribution status of the releases you have distributed with CMG in Client Portal. To view this page, navigate to https://portal.create.tv/catalog/releases.

Releases

This page displays all the releases that you have distributed with CMG and includes the following information:

  • Title: The title of the release

  • Artist: Artist(s) name(s) associated with the release

  • UPC: Universal product code (unique identifier)

  • Type: Type of release, such as Album, Single, EP, Compilation, or Mix

  • Release Date: The date that the release was delivered to stores (this is either the planned release (go-live) date, or, if no planned release date, this is the MINIMUM release date (ie. the first day that it released to the first store it was released on))

  • Status: The distribution status. The status can be one of the following:

    • Live: release is live on stores

    • Delivered: release has been delivered, but not yet live

    • Processing: release has been submitted and being processed by the distro team.

Note, it can take up to 24 hours before the release appears in Client Portal after being submitted.

BY CLICKING ON THE RELEASE, YOU CAN VIEW THE RELEASE DETAILS.

Release Details

On the release details page, you can view a summary of what was on the releases page, as well as the individual tracks associated with the release.

  • Track Number: tracks will be displayed in the order they appear on the release.

  • Track Title + Artist Name: title of the individual track + artist name

  • Explicit: if the track is explicit, there will be a tag that says ‘explicit’

  • ISRC: unique identifier at the track level

  • Primary Genre: genre
