How do I delete my Client Portal & Create Music Group User Account?

Please be aware that deleting your account can’t be reversed, so make sure you want to complete this process before proceeding.

This process deletes all actions data related to your user account. It won't affect anything related to the Client (Artist or Label) account you are accessing.

Reach out to us via email (support@createmusicgroup.com) or live chat (intercom bubble on the bottom right of your screen) if you're looking to delete the client account.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign into your Create Music Group account here: https://account.createmusicgroup.com/

  2. Go to Manage My Information

  3. Find CreateID Account and click on Request. This will start the process of deleting your account.

What happens next?

  1. After you submit your request:

    1. You will receive an email confirming the request.

    2. Your account will be disabled. You can sign back in within 30 days to cancel the request and keep the account.

    3. A member of our team will review the request. They will reach out if they need more information. Otherwise, they will approve the request.

  2. Once the request is approved:

    1. You'll receive an email confirming the details and notifying you of a 30 days grace period.

    2. Our team member can override the 30 days grace period. If they choose to, your account will be deleted immediately with no way to recover it.
