It's saying that my account doesn't exist

As of September 26th 2022, we phased out support for Facebook and Twitter as options to sign in to Client Portal.

If you previously used Google or Apple to sign in to Client Portal on web, iOS or Android, you need to relink your account.

  • Sign in to Client Portal

  • Go to Settings > Manage My Account

  • This will open the My Account interface on https://account.createmusicgroup.com/

  • Click on Manage My Account Security

  • You will be presented with options to change your email, link or unlink your Google or Apple accounts.

  • Once you relink your Google or Apple accounts, you will be able to use them to sign in to any related Create Music Group application that you have access to.
